2.4 rtf88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rtf88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
3.2 All activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are valid will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were aware of the specific activity.
3.3 You must notify rtf88 immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. rtf88 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account pending investigation.
3.4 rtf88 will never request your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from rtf88 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.1 Deposits. rtf88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. rtf88 does not accept cash deposits.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. rtf88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
4.3 Verification requirement. rtf88 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Members are encouraged to complete account verification promptly after registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.
4.4 No third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Withdrawals will only be made to an account held in your verified name. rtf88 does not process payments to or from third-party accounts.
4.5 rtf88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request to a Member's account balance if the payment cannot be completed due to incorrect account details provided by the Member.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the rtf88 platform are subject to the specific terms published on the Bonus page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
5.3 rtf88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or disqualify a Member from a promotion where rtf88 has reasonable grounds to believe the Member is abusing the promotion or acting in bad faith.
5.4 Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting a technical error that results in inflated bonus credits.
5.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new rtf88 Members on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing Members are not eligible for new-member promotions.
6.1 All bets placed on the rtf88 Sportsbook are subject to the Sportsbook rules published on the Platform, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook rules, the Sportsbook rules shall prevail in relation to betting matters.
6.2 rtf88 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
6.3 Bets are only valid once confirmed by the rtf88 system. A bet slip displayed on screen does not constitute acceptance until a confirmation reference number has been issued.
6.4 Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay for processing. rtf88 does not guarantee that any in-play bet will be accepted and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
6.5 All casino game outcomes at rtf88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual physical dealing and spinning under controlled conditions. rtf88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rtf88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
7.2 rtf88 employs risk management and fraud detection systems. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended pending investigation. rtf88's findings in such investigations are final.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 10.3 rtf88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to rtf88 conducting identity and payment verification checks using third-party verification services where required.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which rtf88 operates.
